Dr. LeAnn M. Slama

Dr. LeAnn Slama is a lifelong educator and experienced system leader whose career spans roles as a sign language interpreter, teacher, assistant principal, and district administrator. She has served as Chief of Staff in Denver Public Schools, Colorado Springs District 11, and Minneapolis Public Schools, bringing deep experience in leading complex school systems. LeAnn is a globally certified Chief of Staff, an executive coach trained through Columbia University, and a certified project manager. Her doctoral research focused on imposter syndrome in female school superintendents, grounding her work in both research and lived leadership experience. She partners with superintendents, principals, and assistant principals to strengthen leadership practice, build aligned systems, and improve outcomes for students through an equity centered approach.
